Do you have locked up hips? Tight hamstrings? Stiff lower back? If so, stretching can help. Gravity Yoga is a targeted mobility training method that works to open up your body. No experience required; super stiff people always welcome! I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone. We can also work together to incorporate Yoga, Pilates, and other fitness plans for custom work outs.

Reflexology

The pandemic certainly changed how we interacted with others. People had to be creative to keep providing services. Through Zoom I will guide you through a sequence session that will stimulate reflexes to relieve stress, boost your immune system and guaranteed you’ll feel more relaxed. Foot and ear reflexology available. If we are in the same location, we can book in person bookings, sit back and prepare to feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
