I have been coaching since 2014. I am a certified life coach. Like so many, my own history is complex. Years in traditional therapy helped me unravel the tangled mess of my early years. My studies include sociology and psychology and multiple therapy approaches which allowed me to find paths to overcome trauma and find positive role models. Because I prefer the East/West approach to counseling and coaching, I include the UnTherapy system in my practice which uses your internal strengths instead of external influences. I believe with my whole heart that when a person is given the right tools, their old wounds can serve as a foundation for grace and wisdom to spearhead a healthy, fulfilling life.
Body, Mind, Spirit – We can’t leave any of them out! Balance is taking care of the entire human package. My area of focus is on living a more plant-based lifestyle. Let’s not forget movement, breath and meditation. I’ve obtained certifications in health coaching, reflexology, as well body and mind modalities – Yoga, Pilates, Breath work, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Fitness Training and Meditation to nurture all parts of of my clients’ lives.
I use the b. as a point of Empowerment and Encouragement, it encompasses so much more when we make it a verb. I want to see you b.yourself, b. happy, b.genuine, b.focused, b. healthy. You get it, just add a b. to your vocabulary and mindset and great things can happen.
